AT&T are even more retarded than I thought
So AT&T finally turned on the phone line I ordered last week. Trouble is, there’s no available jacks in this unit (they’re all connected to the old line) so they told me I had to do my own inside wiring. Fair enough, I can just connect the extra set of wires on the existing cable, that’s simple enough. But where to connect them to?

I’ve been playing with the latest version of Ubuntu Linux the last couple of days. Overall I like it. It seems to have ironed out some of the flakiness of previous releases.

More theme tomfoolery
Made another minor change, again for IE support. Under IE, the tags list at the bottom of each post was showing up in the blue background color instead of the white of the box below. Trying to change its background color caused the text to have the proper background, but was still surrounded by a border of blue. So I just moved it back to the right, with the time and comment link, in IE only....

More theme work
Tinkered with the theme so IE doesn’t butcher it, using some handy conditionals that cause IE to ignore offending code. Firefox and Chrome (the other two I’ve tested it with) users should see no difference, but IE falls back to the old square corner design. It’s not ideal, but at least it’s reasonable.
